About OD Africa
Connecting Kenya's youth to verified opportunities and career pathways.
What is OD Africa?
OD Africa is a youth employability and school-to-work platform. It is not a broad magazine, social network or automated marketplace — it is a focused, accountable tool for connecting young Kenyans with real, verified employment opportunities and career readiness support.
Every opportunity on OD Africa is reviewed by our ILO team before it is published. Every registration creates an accountable record. Every enquiry is followed up by a named team member.
Our Partners
OD Africa is part of the Africa Tech Space and RVIBS ecosystem, connecting to the RVIBS Career Portal for deeper institutional records, career assessments and accredited courses.
