By using OD Africa you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Youth registrations
You must provide accurate information. Duplicate or fraudulent registrations will be removed. You consent to your data being processed as described in the Privacy Notice.
3. Employers
You warrant that submitted opportunities are genuine, legal and accurately described. Misleading or fraudulent submissions are prohibited and may be reported to authorities.
4. Content
All content on OD Africa is owned by Africa Tech Space or its licensors. You may not reproduce or republish it without written permission.
5. Liability
OD Africa verifies opportunities but cannot guarantee employment outcomes. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the platform.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
